The question that I have is was the child on a lot of antibiotics which would cause an imbalane of gut bacteria and possibly be responsible for his gross obesity.
The Lawyer and herself should seek the higher courts if their case is not won. The case looks as though they segragated her because of biased facts and those should be looked at and changed. The facilities should be accessable for handicapped already, shouldn’t they? Then they should be able to handle his weight already.
