Food: It is not what you think it is

Did you know that bleached meat filler is added to your hamburger patties?

Did you know that some meat companies use meat from cloned animals?

Why is 1 pound of french fries cheaper than 1 pound of apples or strawberries?

So how can we change this? Vote with your mouth. Buy organic foods. Yep, I know, organic foods cost more. BUT, If we all bought 1 type of organic food each time we bought food, the cost of organic food would be VERY CHEAP and we would all be healthier and feel better.

Buy fruits and vegetables that are in season. Encourage your grocery store to purchase meat and dairy that comes from happy cows who lived on a pasture (the meat will taste better too) and your family will think you are the best cook ever!

  1. What do you mean by buying organic food the cost of it will go down? doesn’t it cost more to produce better quality ingredients?

  2. Price of organic food will go down because there will be a bigger demand for it. Bigger demand means more companies will start selling it. When more companies sell it, they compete with each other to have the lowest price (so we will buy from them) and prices go down.

  3. Pretty good post. I just found your site and wanted to say
that I’ve really enjoyed browsing your blog posts. Anyway
I’ll be subscribing to your blog and I hope you write again soon!
