The world of customer service
Today I had a terrible experience at the Home Depot in Monrovia, CA. To make matters worst, when I complained to the manager, he didn’t seem to care.
I was surprised by their lack of customer service. It was just plain awful. Maybe they don’t care about keeping their jobs, maybe they don’t fully realize the power of the Buck…or the true meaning of a recession.
Well, listen to this Mr. Home Depot Manager, I still have a few Bucks left and I’m going to spend them somewhere else.

Hey Mama, good for you. Some businesses seem to think there is no recession. I bought a dollie (not a doll but a dollie) a month or so ago. Didn’t check the tires. Went to use the dollie and one of the tires were flat. Inner tube dry rotted. The store wouldn’t take it back or replace the tire. Said they no longer stocked that brand of dollie. What a crock! Had to go buy an inner tube from a mom and pop lawnmower repair business. They even installed it for me. Thank God for small businesses.
I think everyone is in such a frenzy about what’s going on with their job’s that they lack the personal touch that they would have given in the past. It is unfortunately that you were treated the way you were, with the economy the way it is.
